You will lead performance-management activities, advise on complex policy matters, and help ensure compliant, high-quality HR practices across a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in HRBP, employee relations, or performance management.
• Experience in high-volume frontline or contact center environments.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
