Beacon Hill is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join its New York office, supporting the Analyst through Vice President population and partnering with leadership on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and onboarding initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years HR experience in financial services or professional services, strong onboarding and internship program exposure, and a proven ability to drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience within financial services or related professional services.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Experience managing onboarding, orientation programs, and exit interview processes.
• Exposure to campus recruiting and internship program management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership as an HRBP for the analyst through VP population.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and development initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate on employee relations matters and talent development strategies in the NY office.

Our client, a growing asset management firm, is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join its New York office. This role will support the Analyst through Vice President employee population, serving as a key partner across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting internship programs, assisting with HR operations, and partnering with leadership on broader people initiatives and organizational growth efforts.

• 4+ years of human resources experience, required.
• Experience within financial services or a related professional services environment, required.
• HR Business Partner experience, preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives, required.
• Experience managing onboarding, orientation programs, and exit interview processes, required.
• Exposure to campus recruiting and internship program management, preferred.

The salary for this role is $120K-$150K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
