LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading and rapidly growing organization, and helping them search for a new HR Business Partner to support a critical operations client group within a dynamic, high-performance environment. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders while also providing hands‑on HR support across employee relations, talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong HR business partnership experience supporting large operational teams, including significant exposure to employee relations and hourly workforces. Compensation
$120,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + a variable compensation package
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and organizational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Lead and support complex employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, employee development, and leadership coaching.
- Support organizational change initiatives and guide leaders through periods of growth and transformation.
- Assess leadership and managerial development needs and recommend targeted learning and development solutions.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, retention, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support business decision‑making.
- Champion a high‑performance culture through goal setting, performance evaluations, talent reviews, and development planning.
- Collaborate closely with Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Travel up to 25% to support business operations and client groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong HR Business Partner expertise.
- Significant employee relations experience, including investigations, conflict resolution, and leader consultation.
- Experience supporting large operational, field‑based, or hourly employee populations.
- Strong background in performance management, talent development, and leadership coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience leveraging HR metrics and analytics to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
- Supporting operations, facilities, manufacturing, logistics, data center, infrastructure, or other large‑scale operational environments.
- Partnering with senior leadership teams on organizational and workforce strategies.
- Leading change management initiatives during periods of significant growth and transformation.
