Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a defense contractor, federal contractor, or PMO
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
• Ability to manage details without losing priorities
• Professional presence and discretion with executives, clients, and visitors
• Interest in growing into project or program management

Responsibilities

• Support program and project execution with tracking, schedules, action items, and follow-ups
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials, capture notes, and track next steps through to completion
• Support proposal, contract, compliance, and client-deliverable workflows as needed
• Coordinate office logistics, supplies, vendors, and visitors
• Support onboarding and internal processes for new team members
• Handle general workplace coordination with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain program documentation, trackers, status reports, deliverable calendars, and internal files
• Coordinate meetings across teams, executives, and clients
• Learn GovCon fundamentals including deliverables, cadence, stakeholder management, and contract requirements
