Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, reporting, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support program finance and operations.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across multiple programs.
• Create recurring and ad hoc financial reports for program managers and leadership.
• Maintain financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for data integrity.
