Qualifications

  • Two years of program management and operations experience, up to four preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Experience with financial reporting, performance metrics, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support program management including performance reporting and budgeting.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and data accuracy.
  • Track program metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support portfolio reporting requirements.
  • Develop narratives and documentation for program updates and changes.
  • Contribute to governance meetings and stakeholder engagements.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends.
  • Support new business development and capability building.
