Job summary

Tailor is seeking an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager to own the day-to-day execution of live client implementations. You will be the first line of communication with clients and coordinate with the internal development team to track progress, testing, and training.

This development role is designed to grow into the Senior PM role, with progression based on performance and accelerated for strong results.

Qualifications

2–5 years of product management experience in tech or startup environments, or management consulting experience.
Proven customer-facing experience with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in ambiguity and drive execution.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day client communications and escalation management.
Drive project execution and tracking using internal tools and documentation.
Analyze client data to surface gaps, risks, and opportunities for solution alignment.
Validate releases with clients, coordinate testing and go-live readiness.
Create training materials and enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
Translate client feedback into product insights to inform the roadmap.
