Job summary

Ume Intelligence is seeking a Forward‑Deployed Product Manager to bridge clients, marketers, founders, and engineering, owning workflows that model restaurant demand levers across search, delivery, CRM, and foot traffic.

You will convert repeat manual tasks into automated checks or specs, and initially own enterprise client operations, with potential to scale the team as deployment expands.

This role rewards technical problem solving, clear communication, and hands-on ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, product operations, or forward‑deployed roles with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams in software environments.
• Background in analytics, consulting, or venture‑backed contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client operations end-to-end, including menus, pricing, promotions, listings, and CRM segments.
• Synthesize brand feedback into structured product specs and measure feature impact.
• Model client channel economics and internal unit economics.
• Partner with engineers and marketers to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Drive multiple client implementations and product features in parallel.
• Design onboarding, playbooks, and scalable processes as the team grows.
