Job summary

RBC Wealth Management in Leawood, KS, is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to participate in licensing, training, and development toward becoming a Financial Advisor. You will study for Series 7/66 and life/health exams, complete program assignments, and learn RBC policies and products through structured case studies.

The role emphasizes compliance, planning, marketing, prospecting, and servicing while receiving coaching from a Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 and life and health insurance exams within 180 days of beginning employment at RBC.
Ability to take initiative and function independently.
Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills.
Strong drive and dedication.
Demonstrated ability to develop and promote business; a track record of success.

Responsibilities

Study for and obtain the Associate Financial Advisor program's required licensing.
Study and pass Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance exams.
