Qualifications

• Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 and life and health insurance exams within 180 days of starting employment at RBC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Ability to take initiative and function independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills; strong drive and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Study for and obtain the Associate Financial Advisor program's required licensing, including Series 7, Series 66, and life/health exams.
• Complete program assignments within curriculum timelines and understand RBC tools, policies, products and services.
• Report activities and results per program requirements and implement coaching from sales manager.
• Familiarize with RBC Wealth Management, stay updated on financial news, comply with regulations, and complete new employee orientation.
