You will study for and pass Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance exams within 180 days, while completing program assignments.

This entry-level role develops core client service and advisory skills through coaching, planning, prospecting and RBC Wealth Management training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Obtain Series 7, Series 66 and life/health insurance exams within 180 days of beginning employment at RBC.
• Ability to take initiative and function independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills.
• Strong drive and dedication.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and promote business; a track record of success; ability to make solid decisions in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Study for and obtain the Associate Financial Advisor program's required licensing.
• Complete Associate Financial Advisor program assignments within curriculum timelines.
• Report activities and results per program requirements.
• Become familiar with RBC Wealth Management and comply with regulations.
