Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Jacksonville, FL invites applications for the Associate Financial Advisor to join VyStar Investment Services. You will support Financial Advisors, assist with lead generation, marketing, and servicing, and help deepen member relationships by presenting financial solutions across a broad product suite.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, readiness to obtain FINRA licenses within 6 months, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of financial sales experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65) must be obtained within 6 months of start.
• State Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses must be obtained within 6 months.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment under mentorship of senior advisors.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Present financial solutions to members and support sales process.
• Lead generation, marketing, and servicing with Financial Advisors.
• Develop relationships to deepen member coverage and cross-sell products.
• Attend branch meetings and training to advance within VIS.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies.
