L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Field Engineer to join our team to install and maintain complex communications systems at FAA facilities. The role involves hands-on work, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineers across installation drawings and specs.

The position requires travel to various FAA sites, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work onsite 5/8s with overtime. FAA clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in CS, CE, EE, ME or completed within last 12 months.
• Willingness to travel 90–100% to FAA facilities.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Remove, install, configure, and test communications equipment at FAA facilities.
• Troubleshoot system issues to ensure operational performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on installation drawings and specs.
