Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a customer service/account support professional to impact the complete supply chain with customers. You will improve customer experiences, document interactions, and assist the Account Executive with managing accounts.

The role involves data entry, order changes, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and bilingual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred; a bachelor’s degree adds value.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Expose and impact the complete supply chain process with customers.
• Improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry for orders and changes.
• Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contact customers directly when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order coordination and delivery.
• Provide data or reports to the sales team.

• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth.
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel: 10–30%.
