Job summary

Metis Strategy is seeking an Associate to join our San Francisco Bay Area-focused team, working remotely with occasional travel. You will support research, content development, participant engagement, and program execution across executive networks, leadership institutes, and Summits.

The role involves drafting session content, coordinating communications, and contributing to the development of compelling materials for CIO direct reports and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Conduct bespoke research for executives and translate findings into concise materials.
• Develop materials for executive network meetings and sessions.
• Assist with program development, engagement, and communications across Summit cycles.
• Support content creation and engagement using AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bespoke research for executives on topics they actively work on.
• Draft and coordinate communications across Summit cycle from speaker outreach to attendee correspondence.
• Develop session content and materials for the Technology Leadership Institute and other programs.
• Plan executive network meetings including topics, agendas, and facilitator materials.
