Job summary

Metis Strategy, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate for our San Francisco Bay Area team. You will analyze client organizations, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with clients to design and implement roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives.

You will lead small projects, manage up to three junior staff, and present recommendations to senior executives. A 4–8 year post-undergraduate background in a professional services setting and a related bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy/management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields; graduate degree optional.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize disparate data sources.
• Experience managing small projects or workstreams; oversight of up to 3 junior staff.
• Proven ability to create and manage structured work plans to meet client expectations.
• Strong analytical skills with data synthesis capabilities.
• Strong client-relations skills and ability to communicate complex topics to executives.
• Business and technology acumen with practical problem-solving examples.
• Mastery of MS Office tools; Tableau/Visio and similar tools a plus.
