Job summary

Metis Strategy is seeking a Senior Associate for its San Francisco Bay Area team. You will analyze client capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and steer projects to develop and implement roadmaps toward desired futures.

Responsibilities include leading small projects, guiding junior staff, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior client executives while leveraging frameworks like STAR and Digital Maturity tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
• Graduate degree is not required, but a plus if in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects or major workstreams within larger engagements.
• Manage relationships with senior clients and junior staff.
• Perform hypothesis development, primary & secondary research, data collection and synthesis.
• Develop client presentations and reports, communicating recommendations to clients.
