Job summary

Grand Living is seeking an Associate Executive Director to support the Executive Director in delivering exceptional resident experiences through strong leadership and effective operations management.

You will oversee daily operations, develop teams across departments, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with company standards and The Sterling Touch across service, hospitality, and healthcare aspects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• TALA Certification is required.
• Administrator License or Admin-In-Training License/Certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of operational leadership experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Experience supervising teams and supporting multi-department operations.
• Experience in assisted living or senior living, preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach, and develop team members.
• Working knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and operational performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
