Grace Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee daily operations of the Shorehaven Senior Living community in Sterling Heights, Michigan, aligning with the organization's philosophy and mission.

You will supervise department heads, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and foster engagement among residents, families, and associates. This leadership role requires strong communication, financial acumen, and a drive to maintain high quality care and safe,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with five years of senior living management experience or equivalent post-high school education.
• State regulatory requirements for administration of a community, including independent, assisted, and memory care.
• Excellent computer skills including Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Exceptional grammatical and writing skills, proficient with email process and etiquette.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Interpersonal skills to work with residents, families, and associates.
• Physical requirements include bending, standing, lifting, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to travel for regional meetings and other meetings as requested by supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and enforce policies regarding duties and activities of community associates.
• Prepare all reports as required by management and home office.
• Oversee all department supervisors and administrative personnel.
• Manage the entire personnel function, including recruitment, performance, and discharge of associates.
• Handle all financial transactions and maintain records, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Coordinate rent and service fee collection and deposits.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and associate information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with Grace Management Home Office.
• Assist with annual budgeting and adherence to guidelines.
• Oversee procurement of supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
• Develop and deliver associate in-services and training.
