Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a senior living community. You will lead department heads, manage budgets, drive occupancy and service quality, and partner with the district team to achieve revenue goals while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of leadership experience in operations, with strong analytic, communication, and delegation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of three years related in operational leadership experience required.
• Additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Must have strong analytic skills and ability to lead across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring quality resident experiences.
• Lead department leaders and coordinate with district team to meet service and financial goals.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets and staffing plans to maintain occupancy and revenue targets.
• Drive sales, marketing, and community engagement efforts to grow occupancy and rebuild trust with residents and families.
