Ciel Senior Living is seeking an Associate Executive Director in Vernon Hills, IL to assist the Executive Director in administering the community and ensuring high-quality resident care and services.

The role focuses on financial performance, regulatory compliance, staff development, and enhancing the living experience for residents, families, and staff. This position is exempt and requires strong leadership and operational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Strong English reading and writing ability.
• Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support mission, vision, and goals; promote culture.
• Coordinate coverage for department heads during absences.
• Represent the property to outside agencies and participate in inspections.
• Assist with safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Support marketing to maintain high occupancy.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
