Qualifications

• Preferred a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must have strong understanding of the English language sufficient to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
• Arranges for coverage for department head duties during their absence through delegation or personal completion.
• Represents the property with outside agencies and participates in inspections.
• Assist with workplace safety including OSHA compliance, safety training, QA meetings, and disaster planning.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Attend training and conferences as required and complete state-mandated training.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal or health information concerning residents and staff.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates and promote a positive work environment.
• Handle resident and family concerns and complaints promptly; participate in LMS training.
