Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Five (5) years of maintenance experience.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of senior housing and state regulations.
• Valid and applicable state driver's license and clean driving record for past three years.

Responsibilities

• Hires, evaluates, coordinates, motivates, monitors performance, schedules, and supervises department staff in accordance with policy and state law.
• Coordinates maintenance and housekeeping services and activities with other departments.
• Maintains safe and secure environment for staff, residents and guests; attends safety/QA meetings.
• Oversees preventive maintenance programs and ensures building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) function properly.
• Responds to emergencies on-call 24/7, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
