Job summary

This role leads day-to-day operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and guides a dedicated team toward program goals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), strong leadership, budgeting skills, and effective communication to drive growth and sustainable services for the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative and supervisory roles.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with licensing and reporting standards.
• Lead and train staff to support program initiatives and client needs.
• Develop and expand programs including residential supports and employment services.
• Monitor finances and maintain a self-sustaining budget; prepare reports as needed.
• Establish relationships with local, state, and governmental agencies.
