Community Options, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Associate Executive Director of IDD Services to lead a high-quality program and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Must live or relocate to Albuquerque, NM.

The role oversees day-to-day operations, trains staff, develops programs, coordinates with agencies, and ensures ISP compliance, with emphasis on fundraising and community partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Collaborative with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to work with individuals receiving supports and present findings clearly.
• Background checks including criminal, central registry, and drug testing required.

Aufgaben

• Assess operational issues and develop solutions to maintain a high-quality program.
• Lead and train team to support programmatic initiatives and ISP needs.
• Manage performance through communication, training, staff meetings and recognition.
• Develop current and future programs including residential supports and person-centered planning.
• Develop a Business Advisory Committee to support local needs.
• Conduct fundraising to advocate COI’s mission and gather community support.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, and governmental agencies.
• Ensure supports per ISP are delivered and documented properly.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately.
• Audit finances of individuals with proper documentation.
