Requires a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, and proven senior management experience. Starting salary is $80,000+ based on background and experience; relocation to Broome County, NY may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing and reporting standards.
• Assess operational issues and develop comprehensive solutions for high-quality programs.
• Recommend policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and pursue grant and funding opportunities.
• Conduct fundraising activities to promote the organization.
• Promote a positive public image and mission of Community Options.
• Interface with local, state and governmental agencies.
• Support development of long- and short-term department goals and systems.
