Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in York, PA seeks an experienced Executive Director to oversee our residential operations and ensure compliance, growth, and high‑quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role leads strategy, fundraising, budgeting, and workforce development, coordinating with state and local agencies to advance the mission and maintain program excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven executive or senior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Westmoreland County.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with licensing and reporting standards.
• Assess operational issues and develop comprehensive solutions to maintain a high-quality program.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Locate and recommend appropriate grant and funding opportunities.
• Conduct fundraising activities that effectively promote the needs of the national organization.
• Promote and maintain a positive public image of Community Options and our mission.
• Interface with local, state and governmental agencies.
• Participate in developing long and short-term department goals, objectives, and systems.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to manage our residential operations in York, PA! The Executive Director is responsible for all operations for the region including compliance, growth and development, budget and workforce development.
