Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience with community-based supports for disability services.
• Understanding of funding sources and entitlement programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with licensing and reporting standards.
• Form advisory board to expand resources and improve service delivery.
• Assess issues and implement solutions for high-quality programs.
• Identify policies to improve efficiency and services.
• Seek grant and funding opportunities and conduct fundraising.
