Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to deliver on-site training and clinical support for Endoscopy equipment across the regional customer base. You will troubleshoot, train staff, and collaborate with sales to ensure optimal equipment usage and service quality.

The role requires travel up to 50% of the time, relocation options from major hubs, and adherence to FDA/ISO standards. A bachelor’s degree and clinical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills to relay technical information to customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support and manage service responsibilities.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system; inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions; provide staff training.
• Analyze data to present insights and identify trends for strategic planning.
• Travel regionally, attend trade shows, and comply with FDA and ISO requirements.
