Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to independently support ES Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. This role delivers on-site, hands-on client support, conducts training for staff including physicians and nurses, and collaborates with the sales team as the primary clinical resource in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary endoscopy is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for Fujifilm Endoscopy in the region and provide ongoing training to customers.
• Provide on-site, hands-on client support for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; monitor repair activities.
• Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports on installation, usage, training effectiveness, and trends.
• Travel locally/regionally up to 50% as required.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485 and all applicable regulations.
