Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site support for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. You will train staff, troubleshoot, and ensure proper use of our ES systems, working closely with the sales team and service partners.

The role requires at least 2 years of field sales or clinical experience, knowledge of GI/pulmonary endoscopy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
• Operate a computer effectively and efficiently, including being proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook and other email applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information to customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment and/or services.
• Deliver post sale, face‑to‑face client support with account-based responsibilities.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide staff training on Fujifilm technologies and overall customer support.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve training effectiveness and reduce repairs.
