Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to deliver on-site support for the ES endoscopy equipment, train customer staff, and troubleshoot clinical issues.

The role requires field experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support regional customers. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years field sales or clinical experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical support for Fujifilm ES equipment.
• Train customer staff including physicians and nurses on equipment use.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on installation and usage progress.
