Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide on-site, hands-on support for Endoscopy equipment across assigned customers. This role trains staff, troubleshoots devices, and collaborates with the sales team regionally to optimize equipment usage.

The position requires clinical experience in GI/pulmonary endoscopy, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Regulatory compliance and data-driven reporting are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; experience with advanced therapeutic procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot endoscopy equipment and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary clinical resource and provide ongoing training for Fujifilm equipment.
• Deliver on-site, face-to-face client support for assigned customers.
• Set up, support and maintain Fujifilm endoscopy equipment and systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and monitor equipment; report repairs and analyze usage data.
• Develop and deliver weekly/monthly reports on installation, usage, training needs and trends.
• Attend local/regional/national trade shows as requested and ensure regulatory compliance.
