Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to independently support ES equipment in Endoscopy, provide on-site training, troubleshoot, and serve as the primary clinical resource for the regional sales team.

The role involves hands-on customer support, training staff, analyzing usage data, and coordinating with service and marketing, travel up to 50% and compliance with FDA/ISO regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to prioritize customer requirements.
• Ability to present to small groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous training and education of Fujifilm equipment for regional customers.
• Deliver post-sale on-site client support and maintenance tasks.
• Setup and support Fujifilm systems and equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide data-driven insights and training effectiveness reports.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Adhere to safety policies and FDA/ISO requirements.
• Maintain client data for future database integration.
• Communicate with sales team as clinical liaison.
