Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to independently support ES equipment in Endoscopy. You will train staff, troubleshoot devices, and provide on-site clinical service to customers regionally, while coordinating with sales. This role requires travel and adherence to FDA/ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy, with advanced procedures preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing continuous training and education of Fujifilm’s equipment/services.
• Deliver on-site client support per account agreement and responsibilities.
• Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
• Provide staff training on Fujifilm technologies and overall support.
• Identify workflow improvements and design efficient processes.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot and prevent future handling damages and failures.
• Travel 50% of the time across Des Moines/Iowa region and beyond.
• Adhere to safety policies and FDA/ISO requirements.
