Global Medical Response is seeking an Associate Supervisor to support the Communications Center operations during scheduled shifts. The role involves deploying team members, delegating tasks, training, coaching, and modeling our company values to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will lead a team, address escalated issues, monitor performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold regulatory standards and quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience with customer interactions (call center, retail).
• At least 6 months of experience directing the work of others, coordinating tasks in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction during shifts and monitor operations.
• Manage center operations for a shift and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Coach team members to meet performance standards and improve service delivery.
