Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a Large Molecule drug substance leader to manage LM drug substance projects within a global CMO network. You will lead tech transfer, development, scale-up, and lifecycle management across suppliers, regulatory, QA, and manufacturing teams.

Travel and cross-functional leadership will be required to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensure supply, quality, and innovation, and drive business results in viral product networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering or comparable
• Minimum 10 yrs. of relevant experience in LM drug substances and viral vaccines
• 5+ years in LM process development roles and proven project leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead LM drug substance tech transfer and development across global CMOs
• Manage end-to-end projects from sourcing to lifecycle management
• Oversee supplier selection, technical due diligence and risk management
• Collaborate with Regulatory, QA, and Manufacturing teams
• Champion process improvements and cost optimization
