Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Biochemistry/Biochemical Engineering/Bioprocess Engineering or comparable.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LM drug substances or viral vaccines.
• Experience in LM process development and global CMOs with end-to-end project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead LM drug substance portfolio management in a global CMO network with tech transfer, scale-up, and lifecycle management.
• Manage supplier relationships, due diligence, and cross-functional governance for transfers and process development.
• Provide leadership in project management, regulatory readiness, and risk mitigation across functions (regulatory, QA, manufacturing, supply chain).
