Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a Large Molecule drug substance leader to drive external manufacturing tech transfer, process development, scale-up, and lifecycle management within a global CMO network. You will oversee LM drug substance projects, coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory partners, and lead end-to-end execution from transfer through commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering or comparable.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LM drug substances and viral vaccines.
• 5+ years in LM process development roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead LM drug substance tech transfer, development, scale-up, and lifecycle management in global CMO network.
• Partner with Network, Global Procurement, S&T, QA and internal site manufacturing to complete network transfers.
• Define services, perform supplier due diligence, and ensure supply, quality, cost and innovation.
