Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and track record managing projects (sourcing, process development, commercialization, tech transfer).
• Global mindset and ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead LM drug substance portfolio across global CMO network with focus on external supply.
• Manage tech transfer, process development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Lead supplier due diligence, technical packages, and cross-functional governance.
• Collaborate with Network, Global Procurement, S&T, QA, and site manufacturing to complete transfers and development.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive innovation.
