Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a leader for LM drug substance programs within our global external manufacturing network. You will drive tech transfer, process development, scale-up, and lifecycle management with external suppliers for viral products and LM substances.

The role requires broad cross-functional collaboration (regulatory, QA, procurement, R&D) and travel to ensure on-time delivery and value creation across the supply chain. Strong leadership and global mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant LM drug substance experience.
• Experience with viral vaccines and LM substances (mAbs, antigens, ADCs, mRNA) and process development.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, and global project management.
• Experience with CMOs, tech transfer, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead LM drug substance tech transfer and development with external suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end projects from sourcing to commercialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regulatory, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Provide leadership and manage risk during scale-up and process changes.
