Job summary

ISU Research Park seeks an Associate Director to lead the LM external manufacturing technology portfolio, focusing on viral products and large molecule drug substances within a global CMO network.

The role drives tech transfer, process development, commercialization, and lifecycle management, partnering with network teams, procurement, QA, and regulatory to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement across supply chains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 yrs relevant experience.
• Experience in LM drug substances and viral vaccines.
• 5+ years in LM process development roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage LM drug substance portfolio in global CMO network.
• Lead tech transfer, process development, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate supplier selection, due diligence, and QA/regulatory alignment.
• Drive innovation and cost reduction through supplier collaborations.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and monitor changes and deviations.
