Job summary

Tunnel to Towers Foundation seeks an experienced Associate Director to oversee program staff serving Veterans transitioning into permanent housing. The role involves implementing workflows, creating and updating organizational documents, and ensuring timely policy communications.

Responsibilities include staff onboarding, professional development, and evaluation of program outcomes across the Veterans’ Villages.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, supportive housing, or healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and data systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Social Security, and other entitlement programs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and/or protocols clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement improvements.
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office/ Google Suite and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing workflows across Veterans’ Villages and disseminate organizational documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training of new staff and retention efforts.
• Evaluate program outcomes and contribute to policy and procedural updates.
• Collaborate with QA-QC Manager, Senior Director, and Director on department initiatives.
