The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operations, compliance, and capital improvement activities for Veterans Village properties within the Homeless Veteran Program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field required; 4-5 years of experience.
• Experience managing multifamily housing, veteran housing, nonprofit properties, or commercial facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, capital planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of facility maintenance and building systems across Veterans Village properties.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, regulatory compliance, and safety audits.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service agreements; supervise maintenance staff and custodial personnel.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and project documentation.
• Support resident move-ins, occupancy readiness, and capital improvement projects.
