Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Learning Manager for US Commercialization Learning – Oncology/Hematology. This HQ-based role partners with multiple functions to address business needs and deliver value to customers and patients.

The position requires 5+ years in pharma training, curriculum design, and strong analytics. You will lead the development of a comprehensive training curriculum and oversee cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• 1 year of Sales training experience is required, 2 years Sales Training in Hematology and/or Oncology preferred.
• Demonstrated curriculum design and understanding of adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training colleagues and leadership to implement standardized training.
• Develop a comprehensive sales training curriculum for classes, POAs, and meetings.
• Coordinate across matrix to align Training with Sales and Marketing goals.
• Ensure training materials meet regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
• Deliver a curriculum including Selling Skills, Scientific Agility, and Business Analytics.
• Work with internal/external resources to deliver training programs.
• Assess effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Model.
• Utilize innovative technologies to support adult learning.
• Engage WW Centre of Excellence to share assets.
