Job summary

The role requires a PharmD or Master’s with 5–7 years in biopharma learning, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Doctor of Pharmacy or Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of biopharma or regulated environment learning experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Expertise in adult learning strategies and multi-modal training delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual medical learning plans aligned with corporate priorities.
• Oversee needs assessments, program evaluations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide creation of educational content for therapeutic area data releases and trial support.
• Lead a high-performing, inclusive team.
• Collaborate across WW Medical Learning, Commercialization Learning, and Medical Affairs.
• Ensure adoption of innovative learning methods.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
