Role: Associate Director, WW Medical Learning for BMS Cardiovascular, responsible for developing and executing a strategic scientific learning agenda to enhance global Field Medical (FM) and Home Office Medical (HOM) teams' scientific exchange capabilities. Responsibilities include creating multi-year learning strategies aligned with medical and commercial priorities, establishing governance models for training readiness during product launches and data presentations, and fostering cross-functional partnerships across global Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Enablement teams. The role also involves innovating with AI and new learning modalities, defining onboarding and continuous education pathways, and measuring training effectiveness.
Qualifications: Advanced degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, MSN) with 2+ years in therapeutic area experience preferred and 5+ years in pharma/biotech roles such as field Medical Science Liaison or similar, demonstrating strategic influence and stakeholder engagement. Skills include expertise in adult learning principles, program development, and senior stakeholder communication. High-Value: Focus on cardiovascular therapeutics, global/International markets, data-driven scientific education strategies, and supporting major clinical trials and data readouts.
The role is home office-based with travel up to 10%.
