Job summary

AstraZeneca in the US Oncology portfolio seeks an Associate Director, Analytics to lead commercial analytics across inline brands and launches. You will partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to frame business questions and deliver evidence-based answers.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics, strong data skills with SQL/R/Python, and the ability to translate insights for senior leaders. Based in US or Canada, with office-based collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a quantitative field.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline.
• Experience in analytics, statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic business questions and translate findings into actions.
• Lead advanced analytics on healthcare data to evaluate drivers of brand performance and patient journeys.
• Ensure methods, data interpretation, quality, governance, and compliance while advancing tools and practices.
• Scope, prioritize, and manage multiple analytics projects across teams and agencies.
• Build relationships and communicate insights to senior leaders and coach junior analysts.
