The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least eight years of experience in a student union/center, with advanced Mazevo/EMS skills and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Eight years of progressively responsible experience in a student union/center.
  • Advanced Mazevo or EMS administration experience is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising and training student employees.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for Reservations and Information Desk functions.
  • Oversee scheduling using a tiered reservations system and plan long‑range events.
  • Coordinate services with partners (IT, facilities, Parking, etc.) and supervise event staff.
  • Lead the ESPN network to support campus event planners.
  • Manage budgeting, billing accuracy, and reporting for the UC operations.
  • Represent the department on committees and in planning initiatives.
  • Ensure safety, security, and quality service for campus events.
