Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED and related experience; education substitutions allowed.
  • Associate or higher degrees may substitute for experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, online, and in-person ticket transactions.
  • Manage ticket sales and maintain events in the ticketing software.
  • Maintain PAC website event information and ticket links.
  • Serve as primary custodian of cash and ticket revenue per TAMU-CC policies.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Box Office student workers.
